At Jacob Allen Timepieces, we are committed to offering high-quality luxury timepieces backed by attentive service and confidence in every purchase. To support your ownership experience, we provide a limited warranty on eligible watches purchased directly from Jacob Allen Timepieces.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper care for a period of 12 months from the original date of purchase. This coverage applies only to eligible watches sold by Jacob Allen Timepieces and is intended to address qualifying mechanical issues that arise during the warranty period.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling. This includes, without limitation, damage resulting from drops, impacts, crushing, excessive force, or exposure to harmful conditions.
This warranty also does not cover normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, scuffs, bracelet stretch, fading, discoloration, or other cosmetic changes that may occur through ordinary use over time.
Water damage is not covered where the watch has been exposed to moisture or submerged in a manner inconsistent with the manufacturer's water resistance guidelines, or where seals and gaskets have not been properly maintained.
Any damage, malfunction, or loss resulting from unauthorized repair, modification, tampering, or service performed by a third party not approved by Jacob Allen Timepieces is excluded from this warranty.
This warranty does not cover consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of time, loss of income, inconvenience, or emotional distress.
Batteries are generally excluded from warranty coverage unless the battery issue is directly related to a covered defect in materials or workmanship during the applicable warranty period.
How to Request Warranty Service
To begin a warranty claim, please contact Jacob Allen Timepieces using the contact information provided at the end of this policy. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for the next steps, which may include returning the watch for inspection. Please do not ship any item without first receiving return instructions from our team.
Inspection and Resolution
All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by Jacob Allen Timepieces. If a claim is determined to be valid under this warranty, we may, at our sole discretion, repair the watch or replace it with the same model or a comparable model, depending on availability and the nature of the issue.
Proof of Purchase
A valid proof of purchase, such as the original sales receipt or invoice, is required for all warranty claims. Jacob Allen Timepieces reserves the right to deny warranty service where sufficient proof of purchase cannot be provided.
Non-Transferability
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the watch from Jacob Allen Timepieces. It does not extend to subsequent owners, transferees, or recipients of the product.

Jacob Allen Timepieces reserves the right to revise, update, or modify this warranty policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will apply prospectively and will be reflected on this page.
